Claims for damage that occurs in shipping must be made within two (2) business days of the date of delivery. When reporting shipping damage, please 1) provide the tracking number of the package, 2) provide us with your telephone number and shipping address and 3) provide us with the specific details regarding the damage. If possible, please make photos of the damage and provide copies of the photos to us when making your damaged goods in transit report to us. We will then request a damage claim pick up from the shipping company and request you re-package ONLY THE DAMAGED GOODS in the original shipping container for pick up. Upon proper receipt of the damaged item, we will cause a replacement item to be shipped to you in short order.
If you fail to report the shipping damage within the above-mentioned two (2) business days of the date of delivery, then there is no further recourse available to you.
Most merchandise, Excluding printed or recorded materials or products, Faerie Blemished or Repaired items, may be returned for a refund, excluding all shipping and handling costs, if the customer requests a Return Authorization within two (2) days of receipt of the merchandise, or, if the request is made prior to packaging the order for shipment. The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, both ways, and for returning the merchandise in new and unused condition. We encourage you to insure your return shipment for in the event we receive the shipment and it is not in new and unused condition, we will not issue a refund and we will not incur charges to ship it back to you. All returns, including cancellations after packaging for shipment, are subject to a restocking fee in the amount of $20.00, and in the event of items that were purchased with a Free, or reduced charge, Shipping Offer, the cost of shipping to you will also be charged.
If you purchase a Faerie Blemished or Repaired item, no refunds will be given. If the item arrives to you damaged in shipping, you must follow the posted return policy above. An exchange will be given for the same item if possible, or another item on the Faerie Blemished/Repair page. Under no circumstances will a refund will given as these items are understood to be seconds in nature.
